The swimming pool (open from June to September) is in a sunny position and is ideal for cooling The house is situated in a splendid and unique position for its tranquility and the view of the lake. The house enjoys all the comforts for a comfortable stay, the bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a comfortable shower, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at home, the living room offers a comfortable sofa 3 seats which, on occasion, quickly transforms into a double sofa bed, a TV with connected DVD player, fireplace and a table with 4 seats which can also be extended. all the common green areas of the residence, a large parking for 1 car accessible via a remote control gate, and a swimming pool large enough to swim and cool off after lying in the sun. ## Property amenities ### Beach -
