Located just south of city centre, so walk or short drive into Belfast attractions. We also walked to dinner and Lyric Theatre, so this is a great base for the area. Perfect location with lots of restaurants nearby. It has everything we needed for our two night stay, although I would stay longer next time. Ony problem we had was finding in initially - look for number 76, not a the 'Welly' name.
