Sleeps up to 4 guests. Features include fast Wi-Fi, a large smart TV, and access to a shared outdoor space. Enjoy local living with top shops, cafes, and attractions such as Titanic Museum and SSE Arena just just minutes away on foot. Ideal for work or leisure! Ground floor apartment. Hallway leads into one bedroom with small double bed and storage for clothing. Master bedroom with king bed and lots of room for storage. Lovely kitchen with full dining area for 4 guests. Bathroom with bath and shower. Living room with brand new furniture and large TV - perfect for relaxing. Outdoor communal space to grab some fresh air. Free parking is available around the building on a first come first served basis. No designated spot. Paid parking options are available nearby. \*Please note the bed in the second bedroom is a small double and while we are happy to accommodate 2 guests in it, it may be better suited to one adult or 2 children\* Guests can access entire property. Communal space in the back is used by guests of other apartments too. \*\*Please note this house is not for parties and no extra guests should be present in the house at any time without prior permission. This is a residential area and we have to be firm on this point - anyone breaking this rule will have their stay cancelled immediately without refund.
