This is an excellent house, conveniently situated in a quiet part of the city. Very well equipped, with a lovely peaceful garden to sit out in. Pat is a super host, and looked after us well at check in with great suggestions for shopping etc. There are good walks and cycle ways nearby by the river - we enjoyed the Lagan Meadows and the Botanic Gardens - and it was easy to get into the city and also out into the rest of Northern Ireland. It looks just like the pictures. The downstairs has heated floors which make it very cozy at all times. The upstairs can be cold on chilly days unless you turn on the heat which we did not. The bus route is close by and you can be in the city center in under 30 minutes. TESCO and Dunne’s are both fairly close but a car would be best if you have heavy groceries. ##### Margaret C.
