Rather we were relocated by the property manager because Haven Apartments became unavailable. We stayed at Cityscape Penthouse, Belfast which was an upgrade by the manager, Damien, to accommodate our reserved stay at Haven. We are so grateful to Damien for taking care of us. The Penthouse was wonderful, spacious, amazing views. We were spoiled. Damien stocked the refrigerator with some essentials (eggs, milk, bread, cookies) and was helpful and friendly meeting us at the property for check-in, giving us recommendations of restaurants, and pleasant conversation.
