"I really liked location, friendliness of staff at the reception, at the restaurant, literally everyone was friendly and competent. The room was clean. Breakfast was also very good (if only coffee would have better quality), but all in all it was a very good breakfast- it started with salmon and ended with chia pudding without added sugar and fresh fruit. There was also live piano music and just a phantastic atmosphere. I hope to come again soon. "

The only negative point I experienced was that the TV reception/signal was poor and kept dropping completely, so I didn't use the TV and relied on my own devices."

"The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads.
