The second we got out of our car we new we were in for a fantastic weekend stay. Class class all the way from registration to the room, through the grounds to a well appointed room with patio. All mod cons. Fantastic service, Thank you Hotel Bel Air for your attention to detail and our requests we made celebrating my wife's birthday.t

Loved the hotel and location, but felt the bar staff were a bit slow as were favouring a large corporate event waited 15 mins for a drink at the bar

This hotel and staff are amazing It was super clean and had complementary tea and coffee. The staff are so nice and helpful my son celebrated his 30th birthday and they helped with everything. and just made you feel so welcome. Definitely will stay here again when visiting relatives in LA

Staff and room were lovely, everywhere felt so safe and welcoming. Everywhere in the hotel was always cleaned immacuatly and cannot wait to return.

Perfect reception staff, clean, tidy, well equipped rooms.

It was very good value, staff were great. Breakfast was as expected for the property. Was a bit far from downtown if you don't have a car, we walked about 45 min or you can catch the bus. Would definitely stay again if back in Santa Monica.

We stayed at Hotel Hermosa for 4 nights in LA to end a 4-week road trip, and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Value for money is great compared to a lot of other options further north in Santa Monica & Venice etc. Very modern hotel and facilities - with a pool, hot tub, garden w/ pool tables and other games on request, on-site cafe that serves breakfast/brunch as well as very decent parking prices ($22/night). Property had amazing views and extra bonus is the roof top pool

Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.

Third stay at this hotel. I really love it. Very reasonable and clean. Perfect location to attractions and meetings.

I really enjoyed my stay in this very friendly place. The room was clean and had a nice decor. As a solo traveler I felt safe in the hotel and in Sherman Oaks area. There are restaurants and 7/11 you can easily walk to and some shops and mall short ride away. The bus that goes to Universal Studios is also nearby so this is a good place to stay if you want to explore LA but stay away from Hollywood or Downtown that are not so great. Staff members (especially Emily) were nice and caring.
