Absolutely lovely hotel, well placed for a 2-3 minute walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast at €27 was pretty expensive for what it was, and I was surprised that room service didn't dust the bedroom or make the beds daily, just cleaned the bathroom.

Location is ideal if you want to make Leuven a base to travel to other cities, Very close to train station (2 min walk). Clean and modern. Room is smallish bur completely adequate for a relaxing sleep. There is no coffeemaker for guests.
