"Room is clean, property is pleasant, lots of outdoor seating. Could be spruced up a bit, there were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, the shower gasket was torn so the entire room got flooded while showering. Biggest problem is the wi-fi which was painfully slow - so slow that we ended up using our phone hotspot instead of the hotel's wi-fi. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they didn't seem to care."

"Sharon is a lovely host; she greeted us and told us what we needed to know. The communication beforehand was excellent. This is a lovely room in a perfect location. The terrace is a special touch. The room has everything you need supplied by Sharon who clearly loves her property and the town. You do not need any more than this in Safed. Make sure you wander the streets when the galleries/shops are open; it is charming."
