The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming - the entire facility is well kept, the grounds are clean and easy to get around. The room was super clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, lots of lights, outlets, etc. A/C and heat were excellent - we were pleased to be upgraded to a nice cabin with more space - free bottles of water and a cake - what a nice touch. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. All in all - we were very pleased and would gladly recommend this place as well as come back again.

מקום מקסים אבל יקר מאוד לא מצדיק את המחיר !

מקום מקסים מטופח קרוב להכל 15 דקות מקרית שמונה ושמורות , בקתה גדולה ומרווחת לזוג עם ילד , ארוחת בוקר מעולה. החסרון הגענו ביולי חופשת קיץ מחירים גבוהים מאוד 1400 לזוג עם ילד ללילה לא מצדיק את המחיר , ארוחת הבוקר רק עד 10:00 כשהילדים בחופשה ורוצים לישון עד מאוחר ( הבת שלי עשתה בעיות עם הקימה ולא הגיעה לארוחת הבוקר התעוררה ב11:00 ורצתה רק לקחת שוקו וסרבו להכניס אותה גם כשאתה רוצה לקחת באישור משהו לילדה שלא הגיעה לארוחה לא מאפשרים ), כמו כן אין שירות חדרים לא ניקו לנו את החדר 5 ימים מנקים רק לפניי הגעה ובעת עזיבה ( מגיעה משהיא כל יום ושואלת אם צריכה משהו מגבות/ סבונים …).

It was exelent. In all parametes exept the folloing two: 1. There were some peacocks wich shouted very loudly, disterbing our sleeps. 2. I ordered through hotels.com and paid 11 percent more in comparison to my friend who orderd in the hotel itself. Made me very angry amout it.

Great location and excellent service

Great location for a trip to the north, the wooden cabin is old but well equipped, the bed is quite comfortable, the shower needs renovation and maintenance, the children's beds are outdated and uncomfortable, more thorough cleaning is required in the cabin especially under the bed and behind the dressers. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent.
