Excellent Hotel, professional staff and clean rooms with nice views from the balconies. Nice rooftop bar with great food and a nice pool to chill and tan. I strongly recommend this place.

This was no where near a 5 star hotel. Some of staff were attentive and others just gave bare minimum attention to our requests & qustions. The breakfast included in the price of our stay was so-so quality and a minimum of choices. They wouldn't allow to take a plate of food from the breakfast buffet and take to my room without a charge (breakfast included as long as you eat it at the dining room), unlike many other 5 stars where they bend over backwards to make you feel at home. My wife and I ate dinner on their roof restaurant, a beautiful view of the med sea, but the music was way too loud to enjoy dinner and talk. Some portions of their menu wasn't available (they were out of stock). I would only recommend this hotel as a 3 star with a nice view of the sea. Unfortunately our stay came with a 5 star price.

Dear Valued Guest, we are very sorry regarding your bad experience at the hotel, however, unlike what you mentioned, we are a 5 stars hotel but with 3 stars prices. We mention that it is a buffet breakfast, if we wanted to send to the rooms, we would have mentioned that the breakfast is in room. And regarding the (out of stock) it was only one type of salad that we were not serving that night. Best Regards

exceptional service provided by staff ( Georges Draybi ) being a standout. property is modern and well kept, great pool and decent gymnasium. location was perfect, central to all attractions. Some rooms had very small showers otherwise highly recommended.

It was my job interview tour staying. Unfortunately I didnt get good result but I felt so comfortable and happy during i was stating. Fabulous sight seeing in the hotel room with nice hotel staffs. Nice view, good location.. They were friendly but not honest. We were disappointed upon arrival.. They gave us standard small room and tried to convince us that this is the superior room we booked! After long arguing they gave us the superior room the next day..

Apparently you wanted the view to be to the opposite side, which was not available on the same day. You were moved to another superior room, (smaller in size) but overlooking Jounieh bay.

Great hotel, We stayed 3 nights during our recent visit to Lebanon. Excellent service, great restaurant with panoramic views of the city. Friendly service, great Wi Fi. Sparkling beautiful pool and service around the pool. Close to Tabarja, Jounieh, Byblos and North Lebanon. Away from traffic. Great place to relax. 5 star new hotel. I would recommend to anybody seeking a great relaxing, clean superior hotel and reasonable rate for the services provided.

Fantastic, away from the traffic
I’ve stayed in 3 hotels this June/July including Le Royal. I checked back to Burj for many reasons. 1 excellent staff (Tatiana and Jihad in particular) 2 view is instrumental 3 food is incredible and affordable. If you’re ever in Byblos area I recommend you give this hotel a try!

Fantastic stay. Staff are wonderful
This is an amazing hotel. The Staff are wonderful (especially Tatiana at reception). The view is exceptional and breakfast is rich. There’s a life guard by the pool during the day, restaurants offer incredible Lebanese traditional meals and rooms are super clean. I’ve had a wonderful time, highly recommended.

Check your invoice thoroughly before you pay
The hotel is brand new everything was great up till check out, we were charged 35$ for mini bar stuff that we never touched and the untrained staff member was very rude about it making us feel like thieves when we told him that the bill was wrong! Anyway keep ur valubales away cause right after check in and Upon coming from the pool, we saw stuff water bottles moved next to the bed! Why did anyone come into the room right after checkin ?! Just beware!!!

The hotel have an extraordinarily view and the rooms have an amazing and spacious area to have an evening gathering and party. We had an amazing party on the balcony with friends that accommodate easily 8 persons having an amazing view and weather and watch sunset and since rising in the same night where you can't sleep from the wounderf expariance of the view. Amazing roof top club and having a very nice DJ
