This hotel was awful. The hot spring (public and private), restaurant, and all spa features were closed or non existent. This was not communicated to us at all. Do not stay here - you are risking a below average room with no resort features to offer. Even the escalators here were powered down and whole sections of the resort area were boarded up. Liked: Staff & service #### 離超商很近算最大優點 地下停車場的指示很不方便找到電梯，床頭沒有插座可充電不是很理想，進房間一開始就兩隻蟑螂say hello, WTH.房間也很潮濕，但冷氣打開就會好很多。電視壞ㄧ半，吹風機也有問題，雖櫃台有提供吹風機。床偏硬，房間的泡澡池的溫度很不好控制。想所連鎖的品牌飯店應該有一定的品質，很可惜沒有。
