The decor is very smart, the services are good and the bedrooms well-appointed. Lovely beds and lovely bedding, smart luxury bathroom. Immaculate housekeeping means the hotel is always spotless. I didn’t like the high tech lighting system but younger guests will probably love it. The best place here is the ‘Beer Garden restaurant’ - a lovely outdoor area which has great food from chef Chen and a great welcome from manager Yanna. The hotel is meticulously clean and has a easy access. It's right in front of Exit D of Xitucheng(西土城) Station on Line 10\. The breakfast was good. One of the reviews says the English communication capability of the staff but they speak really good English. Only two problems: 1) The walls are extremely thin. I literally hear almost "everything" from other rooms. It seems like the movable walls between guest rooms are for the fire escape reason. The hotel should add the soundproofing on them. 2) Unlike other hotels, the housekeeping staff is male. I don't care where they are men or women. However, I was so shocked when I saw these guys (2 guys in a team) were smoking while cleaning the rooms! I never saw such an unprofessional scene. The whole hotel is NON SMOKING!!
