good location, great management

This being a Shangri-La property, it is not surprising that from the desk staff to the room cleaners, wait staff, and doormen, this hotel runs with precision and grace. Nice details like inexpensive coffee and fruit for sale at the coffee shop so you can avoid the buffet if you want, good amenities in room, good food, and great service quality. Property is a little old and gym could be better, but it also cost about $75 on two different stays, which is great for the location.

方便文舒適的酒店

地點方便、在位於北京市中心, 亦是地鐵上蓋。酒店連接一個很大的購買商場, 逛街很方便, 而且商場內有很多不同地方、種類的食肆, 可品嘗各式美食。 酒店本身亦舒適整潔, 可惜因工程問題、每天早上九時後便有裝修工程的声音滋擾, 不能再安睡。

This hotel was very nice. The staff very courteous and helpful. The only negative was there was no air conditioning, I did not sleep well due to the room being warmer than I prefer.

Fijn hotel voor zakelijk verblijf

Uitstekend hotel. Goed bed en het is stil 's nachts. Je kunt op de kamer thee of koffie maken (gratis). Enige minpunt was de douche die heet en koud water afwisselde wat onaangenaam voelde. Metro niet ver van hotel. Heel goede restaurants dichtbij.

タイトル通り、ホテルのイメージ写真と部屋は全然違いました。30平米と書いているのに、実際15平米未満でした。4つ星のデラックスルームに高額の料金を支払ったものの、普通のビジネス感満載の部屋でした。オススメしません。

Central location, disappointing stay

First time staying while on work trip. Stayed for 5 nights and checked out on Sun. Quick check-in, friendly reception. Room is a little dated but clean and comfortable bed. Wifi not working for 2 days and unstable for most part. No AC or ventilation for half my stay - was informed it's a state regulation to turn off AC during winter and only heater is available, only solution was to open windows for ventilation (and typical air pollution). Key card didn't work twice on last day and requested for replacements - issue was caused by my trip extension confirmed before arrival in Beijing, the room type for 4 nights was different from the last night. On Sun 12am when I returned to my room and was stuck outside, I was informed by staff, Alex the cause of the issue and that I had 2 options, either to pack and move out then to another room type or pay the balance to stay in the same room. Not ideal as it is a late notice and inconvenient to move when I'm to check out a couple hours later. He said I should have received a call earlier to notify of these options but I was around till noon and didn't get a call or message. Also, the receptionist had confirmed my room type for the whole trip till Sun check-out. I was not pleased and requested to speak to the Guest Relations Manager instead. He later came back with a replacement key card and mentioned the hotel will extend a free upgrade to stay in the same room this time, but the damage was done - wifi, AC, staff...

Not worth the price.

Great location but that is the only plus point. Overpriced for what you get as the room was very old and in need of renovation, the onsite restaurant and bar is grossly overpriced, the checkin and checkout was very slow plus the wifi connection was very poor.

地下鉄の国貿駅から、ほぼ外に出ずにチェックインできるので、非常に便利でした。なにより国貿駅が、北京で繁華街や買い物スポットとなる駅（王府井、団結湖、双井）と直結していることも選択の理由でした。ただし、シャワーの温度が安定せず、使用していると時々低温となりました。気にするレベルではないと言われれば、その程度であり、アクセスの便利さと比較すれば、圧倒的にアクセスの便利さを取りたいので、さほどの減点対象とはいえないでしょう。

Ok if all you are looking for is convenience

Very dated room. Not my first time staying there but you don't get an upgrade for being a regular guest. Also, the room was not very clean where I found hair in the toilet. Intentionally left the hair there and it was still not cleared over the next few days I stayed there. Room has a rather bad smell too. Only reason why I stayed there was the location. Close to key subway stations and my banks.

My hotel in Beijing

Me and my brother stayed for 5 days in this wonderful hotel. Thanks to its great location, next to the metro station Guomao, we were able to go easily everywhere. All the staff was really nice and ready to help us anytime. I would definitely come back here and I have already recommended it to other people who are going to come to Beijing this year

Great value and excellent location

I am very impressed with the effeciency and well trained staffs at the Front Desk. The hotel is great value with its price in Guo Mao area. The location is excellent with indoor access to the China World Mall. Toilet seat and wash basin are reletively lower hight, very easy for young children to utilize alone. In house services (room service, laundry and restaurant) are not expensive compare to other hotels. We are very happy with the stay at Traders Beijing.

Links to the metro station by the big shopping mall next to it. Accessibility was ok. But the mall closes at 10:30. Need to find another way to the hotel after that time which was a challenge to us. The hotel is traditional and a bit old. But it has all the facilities needed. The beds were very comfortable.

靠近商場及滑冰場的好飯店

除了床小了點之外，棉被很溫暖舒服，每天還附兩顆蘋果水梨，樓下可通商場或地鐵站，挺方便的一個飯店選擇！
