This was an outstanding property, and I would definitely rent it again. It's located in a very beauty neighborhood with a park, restaurants and market within walking distance. Metro is also right in front of property, so if you don't have transportation, it's not a problem. The host was the best ever to work with and bent over backwards to ensure our stay was the absolute best. He is working extremely hard on getting the unfortunate every now and then smell of smoke out of the apartment. Don't let this deter you from staying in this property, it is worth it and you will be glad you stayed. The apartment is not smokey, it's just others in the building have smoked and the smell comes up every now and then. Again, the apartment is not smokey and no smoke is in the apartment. The property is clean and well maintained, it is a three bedroom, but only two of the rooms is being utilized as bedrooms. The other room is an office (if needed). Full kitchen with washer and dryer and it has two full bathrooms. The views from the 19th floor is spectacular and you will love it. We rented the apartment for 6 days and was extremely comfortable and slept well each night. I can't stress enough how satisfied my family and I were with the choice we made to stay here. We made breakfast each morning before going out on our adventures. With small kids, this was great to be able to do and it allowed for us to have some feeling of being at home. Visiting Beijing, this is the place to stay!

The property is located in a beautiful garden setting. It is spacious and is very close to the subway. The building staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we could not get past the smell of cigarette smoke. The place needs a good cleaning. Even though we left the windows open to air it out the smoke is in all the towels, furniture etc. i loved Beijing, I would sleep elsewhere.
