The room cleaners didn’t pay much attention to some details such as no tea bags after the first ones were consumed during the first night, cups were not clean. I love how the shower was a window that I could look into the bed area, so cute. The staff was kind and professional. My issue is the cigarette smoke aroma filled hallway on the 2nd level. One of the guest I witnessed walking thru the hallway with a lit cigarette. I didn't have wifi access at the hotel, although the front desk attendants tried to access it for me, I still wasn't able to access the free wifi.
