Upon check-in, we were given 4 packs consisting of steam eye mask and ear plugs for use. Love their varieties of tea served @ the lobby & in the room, in particular ginger tea. There are also local goodies @ the lobby for guests to help themselves to. There's a gym and free washers & dryers for use on the 5th floor which is also the rooftop. Apart from the usual supply of mineral water, there are juices and sparkling water in the mini fridge for free. The staff even came into the room to leave us a mini fruit platter. Such thoughtfulness to ensure that their guests are well taken care of. Helped with getting a cab for the airport. The security of the hotel is good. On the day that we checked out, though we were in a rush, the staff still handed us 4 snack packs just in case we felt peckish and left us a card to contact them just in case we left something behind, If there's anything not so ideal, will be the distance (slightly more than 1 km) from the mrt (灯市口) to the hotel but still walkable. Will definitely return again and recommend anyone who needs a hotel in Beijing. Quarto não é muito grande, mas é um tamanho ok para os padrões chineses. Muito limpo e novo. Tivemos um pequeno inconveniente com a temperatura do quarto que estava muito quente. Por mais que na rua estivesse 0 graus, já estivemos em locais de -20 que o quarto não era tão quente. Isso dificultou dormir na primeira noite. Reclamamos com os atendentes que nos mudaram para outro quarto com janela, para podermos abrir e “equilibrar” a temperatura. It was Super close to Wangfujing street. Staffs at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Even if they didn’t speak the language, they would use translator on their phone and communicate with us. Rooms are little smaller based on US expectations but it was super clean with fridge stocked with juice and water. Toilet seats were heated, automatic. The staff are very helpful, although most communication was accomplished with a translation app. One staff member even gave me his person WeChat contact number in case I needed anything. They welcomed me with a sample of delicious tea and the breakfast was very good. It was mostly Chinese but there were some good western options: eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereal. The room was immaculate but somewhat small by western standards. But, I am a solo traveler and only stay in the room when I’m sleeping or resting in the afternoon. Wonderful shower and a free washing machine and dryer are provided for self-laundry service. Excellent location and very comfortable bed. Very attentive and helpful staff — as long as you’re good with translation apps. I recommend this to any traveler who wants an affordable, comfortable day in the center of Beijing. I paid around $230 USD for three nights. It was perfect for me. Only thing was difficult communicating with the staff since they only spoke Mandarin, but their translators were very helpful. Overall it was much better than any other hotel I’ve stayed in Beijing. Loved it! Will def be back. ##### Chari Stayed 1 night in Oct 2019 Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 1 Nov 2019 廁所和沐浴間有分開，乾濕分離。 但是，整個衛浴間沒有獨立，盥洗台就在入口處門的旁邊，也沒有更衣處，或放衣服的地方，洗澡時脫衣穿衣都要在房間入口走道處，會被同行者看到，淋浴間的房間也關不緊，水會流出房間走道，所以只要有人洗澡，就不方便進出房間了。 另外，房間整體也真的是太小了，訂的是有窗的房間，結果跟沒有一樣，窗戶很小，窗戶外面還有一層關起來的窗戶，窗戶外也是很近的隔壁棟大樓的窗戶，所以根本不方便打開。真的不用多花錢訂有窗的房間。 還有，離地鐵站實在是太遠了，走路至少10-15分鐘。雖然樓下就有公交站，但都沒有經過北京主要的景點，很不方便。 房間的清潔也不到位，房務人員素質也有待加強。雖然櫃台人員很親切，但整體來說，這間酒店根本不到他們號稱的星級，應該只能說是間3星級的商務酒店。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2019 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Chee Beng 30 Oct 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Truly a wonderful experience in Beijing This is our 1st trip to Beijing & having travelled to a lot of countries across Asia, Europe & the US, Man Xin hotel Beijing left the BEST impression!
