I used amaps and didi; two apps that work in China to identify addresses and request taxis to take you to those addresses. I showed the printed confirmation address to two taxi drivers who both said, "no." I used manipulated forms of the address and still they didn't work. i called the hotel and no one answered. The hotel refused to return my money not just for one night but 4\. -unacceptable.
