Personeel spreekt geen Engels, maar ze doen wel hun best. Het vervelende zijn de doorgaans Chinese gasten die van het platteland Peking komen bezoeken. Strong wifi connection that reached rooms. Hotel service was not the best. No English here at all. Our room key did not work, and we had to return to the concierge FOUR times... (annoying) Room was decent. Served the purpose we needed it to.
