Especially 胡博，when we tried to buy a bus ticket to MUTIANYU GREAT WALL, they need a Chinese phone # but we only had Hong Kong SIM card #, 胡博didn’t hesitate used his person phone # for us to book the ticket, we were so grateful for his help & provide us a peace of mind! Generally it's a historical and very mature hotel - nothing fancy. The room was clean but only had the inside view of the restaurant. Staff was reasonably friendly. The areas around is very safe and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
