Service staffs who took care of check-ins seemed to have trouble between themselves, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Room was clean and cozy, but at night I could hear all the noise from hallways and elevators. Pillow was too high. I barely slept at night. The room is small with a tiny toilet. The shower is terribly week and the whole toilet floor will be wet after shower that is very slippery and danger. The mattress is so bad that you can feel every spring inside it and hollowing in the middle.
