I asked about breakfast time and was told in Chinese . The address I had was only in English not Chinese and very difficult to be found by taxi driver. Ordered dinner to be delivered but had to wait stranding up after a long flight because there are no chairs in the lobby. The hotel offers limited dining options nearby, and the room has an unpleasant smell with dirty carpets. The AC was ineffective; it was initially set to 20°C, but the room was at 23°C. When I adjusted it to 18°C, the temperature rose to 25°C within 20 minutes. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to check the settings, bringing a strong cigarette smell with him. He confirmed this is how the AC works, using a temperature gun to show the air vent at 19.4°C while the room remained at 25°C, citing the sunny exposure as the cause. The air was humid and stale, and the hotel only provided humidifiers, not dehumidifiers.
