First of all, when we arrived, we were told that the room we had booked and paid for two weeks in advance was not available. We were put in a room with a single bed, which I had to share with my adult granddaughter. The next day, we were moved to a room with two beds—but it was impossible to stay there. There was constant, loud banging, day and night; renovations were being carried out right above our rooms! A day later, we had to move yet again because the construction workers caused some kind of damage—water leaked through the ceiling and flooded our room. It was an absolute nightmare. That said, the young women at the front desk were very attentive and friendly; I’m grateful to them. I would like a refund for my stay at this hotel. A lawyer has even advised me to take legal action against them.
