The one night stay was good; the staff were very helpful from front desk to the business center to the executive lounge. Good business hotel to stay in. The room is big and comfortable.

체크인시 원베룸인지 확인했음에도 불구하고 트윈베드룸으로 배정. 테이블에는 다른 사람 웰컴카드. 바꿔달란 전화 두번이나 해도 연락이 없어 다시 내려가서 재배정 받은 방은 방안에 냉풍기가 있고 켜져있어 깜놀. 기본적인 에어컨이 잘 작동안함. 욕조도 녹이 슬어있고.. 또 바꾸기 귀찮아서 그냥 잠.. 컨시어지 영어도 잘 안통하고.. 가격대비 별로

Less than expected

Though the hotel is clean, it is in a difficult location to get around, there is no one who speaks english, which is a problem when you cater to Foreigners. Communication was difficult, ordering a taxi was difficult, even check in and out was difficult. They overcharged the stay considerably and now am dealing with credit card company. Wifi is worthless when everything is blocked.

Hardware is better than the software

The hotel itself was fine. We checked in after midnight and we waited about 10 mins as the only frontdesk staff helped with two other guests. The room wasn’t large but adequate. It was clean, and the janitor was friendly. It can tell that the hotel has some history as quite several places have been worn out. The breakfast on the second floor was good except for the salad which wasn’t fresh. Some of the guests are fairly rude, but this should not be the hotel’s problem. However, some staff in the lounge might not receive enough training and he was really impolite.

Comfortable hotel

It’s a comfortable hotel with great services. However, the condition of the hotel showed sign of age, at least in my room this time. I believe the hotel will do some touch up soon. Location is good if you need to travel around the city, as compared to staying close to the city center, due to the traffic conditions of the city.

전반적으로 좋았음. 전시회 기간이라 가격이 좀 많이 비쌋음. 주변에 식당이나 상점이 많이 없음. 도로가라 조금 소음이 있음.
