Can't rate this hotel highly enough! The location is great, right in the middle of numerous shops, restaurants, coffee bars, food stalls & night market; with easy walking distance / accessibility to all the key sites. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need & they even provide a free laundry service. Staff are fabulous, helpful, professional & friendly & i felt so welcome. Huge thank you to Mia, Dana & a number of other staff who I who sadly don't have their names. The hotel was a safe comfortable base, in a perfect location, with a great feel. The front desk staff helped us book tickets for the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and they even offer complimentary laundry service. They'll deliver your clean clothes to your room—super convenient! Everything was provided! The laundry is free of charge. When we arrived, Ana met us by the North gate with a warm smile. She helped us carry our luggages to the hotel, then Lynn put them directly to our room. Since we arrived late, they offered us something to eat which was a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - Ava, Yulia, Mia, Dana, Ana, Lynn, etc. They made us feel very special until we left the hotel!!! Its location is extremely convenient, inside the food street. We walked to Houhai for morning exercise and witnessed a stunning sunrise. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and their staff are incredibly helpful—they assisted me in purchasing train tickets to Xi'an, call taxis for me, and even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice and have already recommended it to my friends.
