This is a very modern hotel catering to business travelers. The breakfast is very good. Note the room layout: it is not possible to use the bathroom without having to brighten the entire room.

I have sent the following message to Expedia on 8/21, but have not received a response. My booking was canceled at my arrival! see below email. The staff was able to book another room in a sister hotel for the next day. We had to stay at a friend's house the first night. We deserve an answer. We were told the Platform canceled it. Why? we just reconfirmed a few days earlier. "Hi Expedia Cus Services, Hope this email find you right. My below booking got canceled with no notice. We only found this at the hotel, late at night, after 30 hours of traveling to Beijing, China, today! What worse is that I just reconfirmed this February booking on 8/16/26, and again, I got the below confirmation. The hotel in Beijing said your platform canceled it. I want to know how the reservation got canceled. This affected our logistics, our experience in Beijing on day one! As a long-tern customer, we are very disappointed with Expedia, and the services center outside of US. Have to look for another place to stay unexpectedly in a foreign country at night is one of the worst things can happen to travelers other than experience crimes. Please provide an explanation asap. Thank you! Diana Fan"

If you don’t know chinese could be very difficult to communicate. But beside that, service and spacious was so good! And the best thing is that you have a complete mall downstairs 😁

Lugar bonito, linda vista y buena comida. Pocos miembros del staff hablan inglés pero son muy amables. Te ayudan a resolver dudas aunque no tienen mucha experiencia ayudándote a conseguir un taxi 😅
