"The hotel was very nice but the front desk was not 5 star feel. The check in was cold and when I asked questions about sites and suggestions it was not as friendly as expected at 5 star hotel. Barely any smiles and just felt unwelcoming. amenities are good and food was mediocre- very salty."

"It was close to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street which made it walkable. We also added the breakfast buffet and it was good to enough to fill you up for the day of activities. A bonus is the free self laundry and they provide free laundry detergent. Only downside is everyone uses it so there’s a queue ..."
