The location is within walking distance to the Taiwan Rail Chiayi station not to be confused with high speed rail (not in proper city limits). It’s about a 20 min walk (\~1 mile) to the Wenhua Road night market and pretty flat but in most smaller cities sidewalks are non-existent."
