Overpriced and Poorly Managed: Disappointing Stay with Missing Essentials

We booked this property expecting a comfortable, hassle-free stay, but were met with disappointment and frustration at nearly every turn, largely due to the property’s lack of basic amenities and the agency’s unprofessionalism. Despite the listing claiming towels were provided, none were available, and we couldn’t reach the agency until the last day, only to learn towels are an extra €5 per person. The kitchen had zero essentials (no coffee, salt, oil), forcing us to buy everything for a short stay. The “emergency” number was useless, with no response at all. Dirty dishes greeted us, with just one small sachet of dish soap available. Key pickup was inconvenient and required a separate location with limited hours, and no clear instructions were provided for trash disposal. For the high price, we expected far better service and responsiveness. We won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this property until management improves drastically.

der ort und das haus sind eigentlich sehr schön gelegen,dennoch ist die einrichtung ein wenig lieblos,die matrazen sind durchgelegen und die einrichtung ein wenig herruntergerockt,mit ein wenig energie könnte man hier ein wirklich schönes ferienhaus haben, den der garten und die terrase sind mit der aussicht wunderschön.also beim nächten mal ein wenig mehr mühe geben beim putzen und mal neue betten und möbel das ganze objekt hätte von uns eine 7 von 10.
