Wonderful lake view. The large terraced garden, with its splendid porch equipped with a barbecue area and several seating areas, is ideal for spending time outdoors with friends. The property, equipped with a large garage and a couple of parking spaces, is ideal for a family holiday. The above-ground pool on the terrace will cool your summer days. Given the altitude, the climate is pleasantly cool in summer. Rooms: GF: garage, uncovered parking spaces and terraced garden; 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, single balcony overlooked by the three bedrooms; 2nd floor: kitchen, dining room and living room with direct access to the covered terrace with a barbecue area.
