"Lots to like about the Dorsett: great bed, close to food, supermarket and one stop from Changi, lovely pool. But, mercy, the design of the toilet/shower in the rooms means it’s like sleeping in a public restroom. Frosted glass walls that don’t go to the ceiling! Seriously. Oh, and the washbasin is in the room. It’s a great stay for a layover or early flight, but don’t stay with anyone you’re not very familiar with! You know what I’m saying."

"If you just need somewhere clean and safe to sleep for 1 night, this hotel is fine. Yes, small room and bathroom and no window in my room, as per the room advertised. I did find it a little noisy from other guests coming and going but not enough to worry about. The air-conditioning was colder than I like and I tried to change the temperature but no luck there. Good value for a night's sleep between flights. MRT was about 20 mins or more walk away. Overall I would stay again but only for a sleep not an extended stay."
