For a two night stay our room was perfect, yes it was on the small side but we were aware of that from the booking information. It was spotless and had everything you would require. Breakfast for £10 was very good value for money for London prices and all staff we came into contact with were very friendly. Easy to get to from Earls Court Tube Station.

We had a few issues when we first arrived and these were taken care of very quickly and professionally. We didn’t have any problems after that. We arrived early and they gladly checked us in and allowed us to go to our room. Mohammed in the restaurant was so incredibly amazing. He went out of his way to provide some of the best service we have ever had. Thank you! Chelsea and Kensington was an easy walk away, and Battersea train station was close too.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. There are numerous places to eat within a few minutes walk. Access to public transportation is incredible. The size of the three twin room for three adults was much too small. We did not have room to open suitcases on the floor.
