Welcome to our Chalet in Happy Valley.

Ski In to our 3 Level Townhouse with your own private hot tub (ski season only), private garage and in suite laundry. All essentials are provided.
Right by restaurants, the skating rink, tubing park, ice tower and Free Gondola to village. Enjoy the Saturday night fireworks before sipping a glass of wine relaxing in your HotTub. Ski out is bit flat or 2 min walk.
This is perfect for couples, group of friends and families with kids. 35 mins to Kelowna. Your Host, Eric Drouin is a Realtor in Kelowna and quite easy to find if you want to ask for something directly!....

The space
Our space is fully equipped to entertain with brand new flat screen TVs, PVR, and a portable Bluetooth speaker you can take out to the hot tub.
The garage has extra space with hooks and racks for drying your gear. Your kids will also love riding the toboggans and crazy carpets on premise.
There's a BBQ ready for your use outside.
For the traveler with business responsibilities, the master bedroom is equipped with a mini office space complete with a wireless printer/scanner and the smart TV feeds a HDMI wire so you can plug in your machine and have a large display. External mouse and print paper supplied. Hot Tub may be available upon request for longer stays in the off season but always on in the winter/ski season.

Guest access
What's ours is yours, you can enjoy our whole space except a small lock off closet in the garage we keep for us. There's lots of extra parking as we're located by the large public lot across the street.

Other things to note
You can ski right into the unit but you'll need to walk a minute in order to get to a true ski out if you are on a snowboard. The ski out is fine on skis but a bit flat.
One can also walk to the gondola in 3 mins.
