### Charming 6-Person Cottage Near Ocean & Cycling Routes

Gîte for 6 people located in Beauvoir-sur-Mer, 800m from the Vélodyssée cycle route and 5km from the ocean and the Passage du Gois to the island of Noirmoutier. The beaches of Fromentine and the pier for the island of Yeu are 10km away.  
  
This new, single-story house, attached to a year-round residence, consists of a living/dining room/kitchen, three bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed), a shower room/WC, and a pantry. Wi-Fi is available. Outside, there is an unfenced 450m² garden with two shaded terraces (garden furniture, table, chairs, deckchairs, and barbecue). Accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the owners' house and a guest room (H85H031209). All-inclusive rate: heating, cleaning, bed linens, and towels.  
Additional charge: tourist tax.  
Additional charge for professionals: cleaning fee: €100/stay.
