Couldn’t be happier . Wonderful welcome and parking assistance from the girl on reception who spoke perfect English . On departure the male receptionist was equally helpful taking bags .Unfortunately I didn’t ask their names. Fantastic central location . A very comfortable bec and one of the best bathrooms ever. Great breakfast , just a shame the restaurant was closed Sunday evening because the room had a great ambiance and we would have loved to try the food. However the hotel gave us a good nearby recommendation . All in all an easy 10/10 and we will be back !

the hotel is in a perfect location for the beautiful heart of Beaune. We received a delightful warm welcome from Marie, all the staff made us feel right at home. It's a lovely elegant old building carefully renovated and keeping it's original charm.

Superb room and service

Beautiful hotel with greats restaurant and bar and the best service. They walked me to the train station when I struggled to buy a ticket to Dijon online. Love the hotel’s location and the hotel bistro might be the best meal we had in 2 weeks in France. Beaune was such a great choice for the French countryside.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to many shops and cafes. We stayed at two-bedroom apartment that is 40meter away and has no lift. The room is very clean but TV is not a smart TV, and the light in the toilet does not work properly. Each room does not have enough space for storing clothes. Breakfast is delicious and the property is well maintained. Some staffs are extremely friendly but others are not so.
