I had contacted reception prior to our stay to request a ground level room without any stairs as my husband had hurt one of his knees. This was attended to without a problem. "Love the upstairs section. Spa superb. Only thing was bar fridge froze some of our food. This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything"
