Summary - Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.

Changeover Day - Friday or Monday. Short breaks available throughout the year. Some flexibility may be possible off peak.

Dog-Friendly - Yes. Two small or one medium-sized dog are welcome. Please let us know the breed when you book. There is an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay.

Suitability - Situated over two floors. Bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with king size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with single bed.

Bathrooms - Bathroom with WC, basin, towel rail and large corner shower.

Open Plan downstairs space - Melvin Cottage has a beautifully planned sociable living space. There is an Amazon Alexa.

Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch gas hob and electric oven, microwave, Bosch fridge with ice box, washing machine and dryer. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods.

Sitting Room - Sofa, three armchairs, living flame gas fire, Smart HDTV.

Outdoors - Fully enclosed courtyard with table and chairs.

Parking - From mid-July to the end of August parking on The Green for one car will be paid for. For the rest of the year parking is street parking, if available, (first come first served but please be considerate to local residents) or on The Green where there is a daily / weekly charge.

Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available upon request. Stairgate at the top of the stairs.

WiFi - WiFi throughout.
