I booked this hotel for proximity to the Arthur Ashe Sport Centre. It was perfect to walk there. The room was clean, tidy and I had everything I needed….except quiet. My room was located next to the reception so I heard all the comings and going’s which actually wasnt too bad. But it was also next to the store room and as the staff used it at all hours, the door banged shut. Add to this, a strange electrical noise in my room: it sounded like a door buzzer and came from near the air con. It sounded off several times an hour at all times. I raised it with the staff who said it was an issue with all the rooms and was something to do with electrical overload. Anyway, I had little quiet enjoyment and interrupted sleep. Not great.

"Do not go there. They pretend to be a 4 star hotel but they are not. No room service everyday, no AC working, room was very hot and not enjoyable to stay, no TV for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay, very poor internet, works barely sometimes. Had to go to reception to ask for towels, for shampoo, ..."
