This is a lovely waterfront (marsh) home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office. There is a large multi-level deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful marsh and trail views. Water is present during high tide, at which time you may even go fishing. There is a formal living room and one family room (both have leather sofas). Each of these rooms as well as each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment! Two rooms are quite sizable and have king-sized beds. The third room has a queen bed. Kitchen is large, spacious and functional. We believe we have everything you need to make a great meal for you and your guests. Furniture is all new! We loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, had an incredible view and location was near both the historic downtown Beaufort and the Spanish Moss Trail. We stayed 4 nights for a long weekend for a family wedding. The drive to the downtown area was short. We were a block from the Spanish Trail and enjoyed a great walk on a beautiful day. The house was spacious for our group and having 2 family rooms w TVs. We used the kitchen for breakfast. We would have liked to spent more time outside and as other reviews said outdoor furniture would have been a great touch since the weather was great. We sat on build in bench. ##### Michele J.
