It was! Nice lay out and great location close to Spanish Moss Trail. Our fourth time renting from Labi, and we don’t bother even looking for different places when we are in Beaufort. Fenced backyard for dog was nice. Labi’s always quick to respond if we have questions. We were under the impression this property had a screened in porch BUT it is not completely screened in which was evident with the mosquitoes! Allergy season was in full effect and the porches were covered in layers of green pollen which stuck to our clothes.and unfortunately brought in the home. Also, pluff mud is real and the home displayed an odor of rotten eggs during our stay which was also not disclosed in the homes posting. The only shower in the home is very small, and furniture uncomfortable and outdated. Otherwise, home interior was clean. Would not stay here again. ##### Kim H.
