Don’t pass up this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom well-maintained home. Located in a central location and close to MCRD Parris Island (about 6 miles away). Perfect for families of those who are graduating! You will love the peaceful backyard, which is fenced-in, making it more child-friendly and great for enjoying its half-acre lot. All bedrooms have beautiful bedroom sets. Two rooms have queen beds and one has a full/double-sized bed. One full bathroom is located located in the hallway, near the three bedrooms. The second full bathroom is located just off the sitting area, near the dining and living rooms. Kitchen is equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave) and basic essentials (small appliances, utensils, flatware, dishes,etc.). I never did hear from them so I have no idea if they were aware of that. Another thing was the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work, and there were a few bugs around the house. We were only in the house for an hour or two before we went to sleep, so it served our purpose very adequately, and was conveniently located to Parris Island. ##### John M. There were multiple blinds in the living room and dining area that were broke.Part of the fence in the backyard was knocked down. There was no hot water in the main bathroom. There was only enough towels and washcloths for a one night and we were there for 2 nights. All the beds were high off the ground which made it hard for my elderly mother to get in and out of the bed. We had to go buy a stepladder so she could get in and out. I messaged the host twice and never received a response. The location is great and easy to get to the Marine Corps Depot. The home is in a good location in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well-appointed and very clean. The hostess was prompt when answering questions.
