It was an excellent location to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. It was impeccably clean and outfitted with everything we needed including very nice kitchen appliances and all the pots and pans needed for simple breakfasts and beyond. The home has a lovely layout as well. The owners were very responsive to texts and very gracious. The house was as described in the listing and then some, with lots of added touches. She provides little extras to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable from scented hand soaps, a basket for your pet with supplies, season's pass for Hunting Island that you can use, I could keep going on. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, but could come together in the common areas. The house is nicely decorated and has all the things that you need. I appreciated the work desk and we loved bringing our dog. The view of mature trees in the backyard is gorgeous. The host is a great communicator. We loved walking in the neighborhood. Was able to cook a great Christmas meal. House was spacious, clean and even decorated for the Holidays which was great. I have rented many homes through out the year's but this rental has by far, surpassed all the others. Katie is one of the nicest people I have rented from. She is very attentive and right on top of everything. I had a situation with dates and and she went above and beyond for me. The house is stocked with everything you would need from, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoos, coffee , seasonings. There is also a closet that has everything for a beach day. The house has a very tasteful costal charm to it with a nice fenced in back yard. You are near so many things to do. The Historic District has an awesome downtown area with shop and restaurants and great waterfront area which is a must see.
