Come relax and enjoy our BEAUtiful COASTline Come enjoy the coastal life in the community of Beau Coast with the best amenities around. There is a boat storage area about .5 miles from your condo. There is a wildlife ramp right across from the boat storage area. Contact property manager for more information about bringing you boat. This home has an open concept, kitchen, dining and living room, on the first floor. The family can gather together around the large island and cook together, play games, or just hang out. There is also a half bath on the first floor along with the King primary bedroom with private bath. On the second floor there 2 Queen bedrooms with a full bath in each room, office area and a bonus room with a Queen bed. Out back is a nice patio area with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit along with great views of the nature pond that sits right next to the property which attracts beautiful egrets, herons, geese and ducks. There is also a screened in back porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying the night breeze. Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. Just a short distance into town, enjoy the shops, restaurants or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks. No pets are allowed at this property. Other information You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent this property. No smoking or vaping in the unit. Linens and towels are provided. Only guests renting in Beau Coast are allowed to use the amenities. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00\. There are no parties or loud music allowed. It was clean, spacious and in a great location. The property manager was very responsive. The pool access was also a nice bonus.
