The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed as well as some extra perks! The house also has a very cozy and homey feel which made it very relaxing. We will definitely be booking this property again."

We were also so thankful for the early check-in & late check-out option. We would come back. Note: internet is not strong, but that’s ok. We didn’t use it for tv or cell phones and instead played games and enjoyed the quiet/porch."

"We enjoyed the area. Deer out in the yards, not scared of almost anything. Quiet side of town. Backyard is nice for pets. Close to breweries and hiking trails. Inside could use a good dusting, coffee pot was growing mold, and the inside of the trash can that sits in the open kitchen/dining/living area was quite dirty."

"A great set up for a group in Athens, but a little far from the university. The unit was as described and very comfortable, although the kitchen was not as clean as we would have expected. The host was very responsive and overall, we would stay there again."
