Great friendly staff, very accommodating with our late check in, clean rooms, perfect location to cute shops and restaurants nearby. Can be loud with rooms fairly close together.

Great price, perfect location, comfortable beds

We stayed in the main building and our room appeared to be newly renovated and was very clean although the bathroom had a separate drop ceiling that was water stained and in bad shape. The large, clean room was the only positive. The walls are paper thin and we heard everything from the room next door. Apparently we had a mechanical room on one side that was VERY loud all the time. The A/C worked but was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv. Note only select rooms have microwaves and if you book through Expedia breakfast is not included and cost $15. For the money there are some amazing breakfast spots in Blowing Rock. We had two queens and it’s really just a motel room. I have to wonder if those booking through Expedia get less desirable rooms as far as location and noise.
