"The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The studio is completely separate to the main bungalow. It had its own mini kitchen which was really useful. The owner was really helpful when we had a problem with hot water in the studio and resolved it promptly. It was in a great quiet location but an easy walk into Hemsby Town for shops / food and arcades. The view over the dunes and sea from the garden is fabulous. There are several routes down to the beach . Would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean and nice large enclosed garden for the doggy and garden furniture to sit outside and enjoy a drink outside in the evening. Loved that it went straight onto the dunes and close to the sea. Beds super comfy and nice large bedrooms. Everything required for an enjoyable stay, would recommend and will definitely return"

"Lovely place with some nice touches, including welcome pack of local cookies, milk, bread and marmalade. Dog provisions were excellent too, biscuits, bowls and blankets. Plenty of towels and bedding for us if we needed it too! Great location a short walk to a dog friendly beach, where we saw seals on most days. Other wildlife too such as muntjack deer just outside the cottage, grasshoppers and lots of different birds and butterflies. Access to the pool and having wifi in the cottage was a welcome bonus too. Short drive to Great Yarmouth and Hemsby for traditional seaside activities which gave us options. Would definitely recommend, Thanks."

"The chalet was spotless and very comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Had everything we needed, could not fault anything,we were very impressed. Nice quiet spot, ideal for walking to beach and amusements. Would 100%recommend. Host gave us the key code before we arrived and everything went smoothly"
