"Very nice & large rooms! One of the best places! Beds could be upgraded but still nice! "

"Unfortunately, our recent stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we discovered cockroaches in our room. Instead of immediately moving us, we were asked if we wanted someone to come spray the room the next morning. We were eventually moved to a different room in another building, but this should have been handled much better from the start. Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. The website advertised shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney parks, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, the shuttle desk informed us they only provide transportation to Universal. This was extremely misleading and caused additional transportation expenses during our trip. We also had problems at the breakfast buffet. The first day we were incorrectly charged for a child breakfast, and the second day we were charged for adult breakfasts instead. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service, this stay did not meet expectations. "

"This resort was beautiful and offered so much to do, including daily activities for lazy days at the resort. Rooms were clean and spacious and it was nice to have easy access to the pools. The staff were mostly friendly but there were some rude staff at the Copa Loca bar which was disappointing. Overall the trip was incredible and that had a lot to do with this resort."

"You have to pay $25.00 a day per person for the waterpark, and you have to pay to use the boats. Not all pools had music or an open bar for drinks and food. Also had three out of 7 days that our AC was not keeping up. "

"Property needs to repair, replace and maintain some items and areas of cocern The refrigerator in the room would not stay closed and also the bathroom faucet water would not drain out and allowed the water to be collected. Drainage need to be worked on."

"Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Property was clean and felt safe. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The only decent item were the waffles. Didn't realize parking was $30 daily on top of the cost of room, it should be included with our stay considering the price per night. Was going to have local friend stop by to visit for less then an hour but they would've had to also pay for parking so they didn't. No hot tub, restaurant or bar. 3 star overall 5/10"

"We arrived early, and was told that we would be put on a priority rush for a room. Cut to 4 1/2 hours later (4:30, when check in starts at 4pm), and still no room available. Yet there were plenty of people who came in AFTER us, who were given keys. After a long travel day, the last thing I want to do is sit around and wait. We were not pleased. "
