"Location was close enough to walk to all activities. Air conditioner worked fine but made a knocking noise. Bedding and bathroom were clean but baseboards, walls and floor needed some cleaning. Direct TV was not working but I did get help getting that to work again. Overall it was OK."

"We loved the place! Wonderful to have morning tea and coffee service provided, which we took full advantage of 𥳐!We also enjoyed the fire pit, used 3 nights. Beds were comfortable too. The host was very responsive to questions and easy to work with which was very much appreciated."

"Excellent communication before and during stay.We were eating supper and right outside the dinning room window, we saw 20 wild turkeys walking in the yard! Neat experience. Next morning, coffee on front porch, humming birds. There were plenty of towels, great duel coffee maker, nice washer and dryer. The A/C worked great.Minor items that need attention. Only half the toaster worked; front porch screen door frame was attached to house with nails so the whole assembly came loose; wood bore bees were buzzing about on front porch. They had made a nest in the railing; we did find dish drying towels but no dish rags to wash dishes with. We ended up using wash clothes.All in all, a very nice place, clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and close to many attractions.Thanks,Abel and Lisa"
