"The location of the property was amazing. The restaurant was such a beautiful setting overlooking the water. Morning breakfast was excellent. Evening drinks in the cozy atmosphere were great. The staff was so helpful with any questions we had. Truly made the stay In Como all that much better."

"To start with, the bed wasn’t comfortable or clean at all. The washer and dryer were not working and were not even inside the suite as mentioned on the website. The place was also extremely cold, and the thermostat was not working properly since it stayed at the same temperature the entire time."

"The Palace Hotel had great staff and the breakfast was wonderful. The only unusual aspect was you had to go downstairs to iron your clothes but that seems to be the norm in Italian hotels ."

"We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna with snacks! Great for a long day of walking. When we return we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
