"Breakfast, nice room on the bay pier was nice on the bay . The wedding party took up the parking on Saturday, they should have parked in front of the building, they took residents parking in front of our rooms. Breakfast was very good the girl was awesome making the breakfast friendly & very accommodating was abke can take it to go or back to room , not enough tables to sit inside the lobby & there were outside pic nic tables nice by the water & pool but wet from rain & dew& the gnats were awful so couldn’t eat outside."

"Clean and spacious but uncomfortable beds and pillow. Could of been time of year but there was no staff at property. We were given 1 towel each over a 5 night stay and asked for a refresh twice but nothing."

"We've stayed at Waterfront Wonder several times. We always return because the house meets all our needs. It is pet friendly, it has a first-floor master suite for our disabled mother, and it has an enclosed porch with a mini-split for heating or cooling, so Mom is able to sit on the porch and look out at the water and the sunset in comfort."

"The house is situated in a lovely spot. The maintenance is shoddy. We arrived late at night and immediately stepped in dog waste on the path.The kitchen closets were in a shambles--pots, pans, etc just shoved in. Everything needed to be washed before using. There was ample evience of infestation, with mouse droppings and chewed condiment packages in drawers. The property manager was quite defensive when I pointed this out on leaving (the dogs must have been from a neighbor, the property was inspected, I should have called, etc.) We arrived very late at night and I didn't want to spend a part of our few days arguing with a management company.The choice to not include a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels is disappointing and discourages guests from leaving potentially useful items behind (foil, trash bags, etc). I think guests would be more generous if there was a stock of useful items to start with.We stayed in the same house last Thanksgiving without the mouse infestation issue. I'm not sure what has happened since? Maybe a new owner (the house was for sale last year)"
